Good printer, slow shipping
I bought the Saturn resin 3D printer during a sale. The printer itself has been working well, prints came out great after some calibration. My main issue was the shipping, it took nearly two weeks to arrive even though I'm in a major city. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but couldn't really speed things up.
Got a resin and it's cool
So I grabbed some of that ABS-like resin for my Mars printer. It came pretty quick, like less than a week. The resin works just like it said it would, parts are stronger than the regular stuff. I liked that it was on sale when I got it too. No complaints, made some cool miniatures with it.
Neptune 3 Pro and filament order
I ordered a Neptune FDM 3D printer and some black PLA filament a few weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no real issues there. Shipping took about 8 days to get to my place in California, which felt a little slow for something coming from a US warehouse, but it arrived well-packaged and everything was intact.
